We believe
in honesty and will not mislead our customers. We started this aspect of
our business to help people like us find reasonable prices on specialty
glassware with a quality that candle makers can have confidence in, and
the customers will enjoy. We test the glassware to make sure that it is
safe for our customers and your customers, but it is up to you,
the candlemaker, to be sure your candles pass all safety tests. We know
you will enjoy the quality of the glassware that you purchase from Glassware
4 Gellin since most of it is designed for candlemakers, and tested with
safety in mind! Most of our products are also safe for food and beverage
use, unless stated otherwise.

How
to Order
Orders can
be placed by phone toll free at 1-800-309-7461 or you can order
24 / 7 by fax at 610-588-4168 or by placing the order on our site. Orders
placed by 11:00 am EST Monday through Friday are usually processed &
shipped within 3 days, and most are shipped the same day. During the busy
seasons we may experience some processing and/or shipping delays, but we
will inform you when you place your order.
Please
be sure to have all information ready when you place your order. Your order
will be processed and sent to our warehouse as soon as it's placed, so
it may not be possible to change or add on. We do our very best to process
all
orders quickly, in the order they are received.
Once your
order is processed, we will send you an email invoice with tracking information.
We
DO NOT include a printed invoice in your box, so if you need a copy of
your invoice please print the email invoice we send you.
We try
to keep a large inventory of our items in stock, but occasionally a product
may be out of stock due to circumstances beyond our control. We will try
to inform you of any out of stock items when placing your order, but we
do not make any guarantees on product availability. In the event
of a backorder, we will usually give you the option of waiting for your
item, or we will issue a refund to your payment method.

at this time. All items we offer are shown on our site.
Wholesale
Pricing:
We offer several pricing levels.
Please
don't
ask us to reduce our prices more than those shown on
our site, as those ARE our wholesale prices. If you plan to order
$2,000 or more, we will discuss further discounts with you.
Sales
Tax:
Currently, we are only required
to collect 6% sales tax from Pennsylvania residents. If you are a PA
resident, and have a PA Tax Exemption ID Number or have provided us
with a completed & signed resale certificate, please provide that in
the comments section of the shopping cart, and we will credit your account
accordingly. You may fax a copy of your exemption certificate to us at
610.588.4168.

take vacations too :)

At Glassware
4 Gellin, we endeavor to package your order carefully and professionally
to ensure safe delivery. However, if there is any breakage during shipping,
please contact us at 1-800-309-7461, or contact us by email.
within 48 hours of receipt of your package.
We will
replace any damaged merchandise at no cost to you. When
notifying us, please give your confirmation number, full name, address,
and your phone number. We will then ship out a replacement box to
you at no charge. Unfortunately breakage does occur occasionally, so your
cooperation will be most helpful. We do everything we can to ensure
against breakage, but if we have a problem, notify us so we can get your
replacements to you quickly! We will file all claims on damages,
this is part of our customer service to you. If we have run out of stock
of the damaged item, we will issue a refund or credit for that item.

Information
Orders
are normally shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment. This
time frame does not include weekends and holidays from some carriers.
Our method of shipping is with Fed Ex Ground. If you want to use USPS Priority
Mail - please note that in the comment section of the order form.
Express
Shipping
If you need
Express Shipping, please contact us for rates and availability. Costs for
overnight shipping are generally 4 to 5 times more than standard shipping,
due to the weight of the shipment.

Cost
Sometimes, due to the weight of
an order and destination distance, we must charge additional fees for shipping.
In the event that we need to charge additional shipping fees, it it our
policy to request authorization prior to shipping.
Delivery
We ship Fed
Ground service anywhere in the contiguous United States. Delivery charges
are based on the total value of your order. In-stock orders should arrive
in 7-10 business days.
Transit
Time
This map illustrates service schedules
in business days as of June, 2006 for FedEx Ground shipments. These transit
times are NOT guaranteed, but serve as a guideline.
We do our best to ship all
customer
orders quickly, but please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing,
in addition to transit times shown.
This map shows approximate
transit times from the time your order leaves our warehouse. FedEx Ground
Home Delivery Service to residential customers occurs Tuesday through Saturday;
FedEx Ground Service to commercial locations occurs Monday through Friday.
FedEx does not deliver on major US holidays.
We sometimes ship via
US Postal Service Priority Mail, which generally takes 1 to 3 business
days.

Orders
Sorry,
we cannot accept international orders, orders to the U.S. Territories,
or orders to P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Privacy
Policy:
Your personal
information will never be shared with or sold to anyone. We appreciate
your privacy, and if you want to use a credit card and do not feel safe
using it on the internet - we understand. Please put your order "PLEASE
CALL ME" and provide us with your phone number (with your time zone) and
we will call you to accept your credit card number. We also accept
payments made by Pay Pal. Should you want to pay by Pay Pal, our Pay Pal
account is through Clearly Special, LLC - email is orders@clearlyspecial.com.
Delivery
Area
We
DO NOT ship any orders outside the 50 United States, NO exceptions.
Return
Policy:
Please
contact us for authorization if you wish to return products. If you do
not request prior authorization, there is a 20% restock fee on all returned
merchandise which will be deducted from your refund. You must notify
the company by email within 14 days of receipt of glassware
to be eligible for a return. In your email please give us the confirmation
number, your full name, mailing address and phone number. Return shipping
is YOUR responsiblity - when the glassware is received by us - we will
check the contents to make sure that it was not damaged in transit.
We will then give you a store credit, refund your credit card or mail you
a refund check for the amount of your merchandise. We do not exchange
merchandise, nor do we refund original shipping charges. Should
the merchandise be shipped by us in error - WE will pay for the return
shipping and ship out the correct glassware the next shipping day. Closeout
items are NON-RETURNABLE.

Guarantee:
We appreciate
the confidence you have placed in our company. We promise to make every
effort to fulfill your order in a timely manner, and will notify you of
backordered items. If you have paid for your order, and if we have offered
to resolve your issue, and are unable to fill your order within a reasonable
time frame, you will receive a refund, or an in-house credit, if you prefer.
